White Hot Chocolate Mix

Hey there, everyone!

The presents are unwrapped, the cake and pie have all been eaten, and the needles on the Christmas trees are starting to get dry.  That’s right, it’s all over again for another year.  It’s time to recycle on the wrapping paper and think on to the new year.

And of course now that we’ve all happily eaten the desserts we love the most, the new year means, apparently, that it’s time to start downing shots of kale juice and running five miles.  Ahem.  Or, um…not.

OK, so I like being healthy.  I like yoga.  I like meditation.  I like to have a nice, big salad.  But somehow I’ve never gotten myself to like kale.  And watching me run is like something out of the Three Stooges.  I’ll take a nice long hike, thank you very much.  🙂

But it’s not the new year yet, is it?  We’ve got a few days left.  And we have many, many cold nights ahead of us before the days start getting reasonably long again.

So what’s better on a long, winter night than sipping on a delicious mug of hot chocolate?  And to make it a tad more special, why don’t we make it white hot chocolate?  Are you with me?

This white hot chocolate mix takes about three minutes to put together, and then you have a delicious beverage all winter long.  Just heat up some water or milk and there you go.  So easy, fast, and satisfying.  And if you feel the need to add a little dash of peppermint into it, don’t worry.  I won’t say a word.  🙂
